This intercooler kit is a direct bolt-on unit engineered specifically for the Evo X. Thanks to an efficient 3.5-inch thick bar-and-plate core, this intercooler provides optimal heat dissipation and low AITs. The robust cast aluminum end tanks provide superior durability and smooth, uninterrupted airflow. The intercooler core is a strategic fin design that promotes substantial heat exchange while providing minimal pressure loss across the core. This kit also features polished 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping and four-layer 100% silicone couplers with heat-resistant embedded fibers. These couplers offer increased heat and pressure tolerance compared to the factory rubber connections. Dependable charge-air connections are essential for reliable operation. The Mishimoto Mitsubishi Evolution X Intercooler Pipe Kit includes high-quality stainless steel T-bolt clamps for each connection. These clamps provide the holding power you need for increased boost pressures! The Mishimoto Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Performance Intercooler kit provides a dyno-proven increase of 10 whp and 10 tq, and it will support modified vehicles up to 600 whp! Whether you are making a pass at the drag strip or sliding around a rally stage, this intercooler kit will provide the cooling that your engine needs to perform at its best. This intercooler is available with a powder-coated finish in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black. Returns will be accepted in first 30 days. Items must be new with original packaging, unused, re-sellable and with all the pieces. No refunds after 30 days. There will be no exchange or returns allowed on any electronics, coilovers, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers or turbo kits. There are absolutely no returns on items marked "Special Order" or "Pre-Order". No cancellation allowed once the product is shipped. Receipt must be provided with every order returned. Tune2Mod must approve all items processed, with (RMA) number on the box. Restocking fee of 10% of item cost will be charged on all special and non regular stock products (marked as "Not in stock, Pre-Order Now"). A fee to redirect an order will or may apply, which will be calculated depending on size and weight. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Client must pay for shipping. Please expect 2 business days to process a return and 3-5 business days to issue a refund.
