Terms and Conditions

Returns and Cancellations:

Returns will be accepted in first 30 days. Items must be new with original packaging, unused, re-sellable and with all the pieces. No refunds after 30 days. There will be no exchange or returns allowed on any electronics, coilovers, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers or turbo kits. There are absolutely no returns on items marked "Special Order". No cancellation allowed once the product is shipped. Receipt must be provided with every order returned. Tune2Mod must approve all items processed, with (RMA) number on the box. Restocking fee of 10% of item cost will be charged on all special and non regular stock products (marked as "Available to Pre-Order...). A fee to redirect an order will or may apply, which will be calculated depending on size and weight. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Client must pay for shipping.


By purchasing at tune2mod you are agreeing to shipping terms on out of stock items, which are clearly marked above "add to cart" button. We cannot guarantee any cancellations after order has been processed. We also cannot guarantee when will the order arrive as it is per manufacturer and out of our control. Tune2mod does not offer warranty. The manufacturer issues warranty. Warranty is not covered on damaged items due to poor installation. Experienced technician must install everything. Tune2Mod is not responsible for your own actions. As well as for any damage or injury that may occur. Removal of any part or item on the car is buyer's responsibility. If warranty certificate comes with a product, it'll be shipped with it. Credit or exchange may only be approved after manufacturer's inspection. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges that may occur, unless if manufacturer decided to cover it. Finally, we do not cover labour, travel and lodging expense, fuel and meals due to part failure. For more information, please contact specific manufacturer.

Payment and Pricing:

Payment is due at checkout. If the item has to be shipped out, buyer will have to arrange the payment before the item is shipped. There is no exception and no future payment arrangements. All purchased orders must be done via online payment processing or hard copy (fax, invoice or e-mail). No exceptions. At Tune2mod we do our best to provide correct and best prices available to you. If there is an error in pricing, we may notify you for an additional charge or credit. Additional charge must be paid before we ship any products. If we do not receive payment within 3 business days, you order will be cancelled and refunded. We may also upgrade your shipping if we feel is right to compensate the cost of an item.

Prices are updated once a day and every month. We cannot guarantee same price or availability as it is out of our control.

Shipping and Backorders:

Shipping on all products takes anywhere from 1-14 business days, depending on the availability of the product. Some may take longer and we will notify you. If for some reason item cannot be shipped, we will notify you right away, as well as if there is a delay. If for any reason shipment is returned to us, even after multiple attempts by the courier, buyer is responsible for any shipping charges that will occur, as well as to ship out again. Such as (refusal, wrong address etc.)

Orders through PayPal will be sent via address supplied through an online form. Please double check and make sure the address is correct. Tune2mod is not responsible for wrong address shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It is then becomes your responsibility to send it back, as well as additional shipping charges that may occur.

Damaged Items:

Please inspect every item that is being shipped to you, before signing any papers. If there is a defect please notify delivery person and note on the shipping papers. Please notify us within 24hours to request a claim form. It is buyer's responsibility to file a claim within 24hours or subject to claim refusal. Tune2Mod is NOT responsible for damaged items. Items must be in original packaging with all the items in it before sent back.


We do not represent any companies in our "Products" page. We are authorized reseller with respectful and authorized distributor. We have business account set up and verified by distributor, PayPal and Shopify. Shipping weight does not affect the actual weight of an item. Buyers must be aware of part numbers and items they purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us before purchasing.


Most manufactures impose MAP pricing. The manufacturer sets Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and retailers are not allowed to sell lower. We strongly support our manufacturers and do our best to impose this rule.


We keep all data private, such as shipping addresses, names and emails. We do not collect personal or payment information, everything goes through PayPal or another payment service. However to improve our service, quality and speed, our site collects information such as pages visited, pages exited, number of visitors, keywords entered and location. We may also collect emails if you agree to provide one. Emails are used to advertise new products, upcoming sales and relevant information/news. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Legal Notice:

All products that are sold on TUNE2MOD are for racing and off-road use only. We cannot guarantee legality on public roads. That is entirely a responsibility of a buyer. Please check your local laws regarding the use of a product. We cannot sell non-CARB compliant product to a CARB states, as well as any tendering or modifications to ECU that may affect emissions systems. We highly recommend that a highly trained and certified technician must install all products that we sell. TUNE2MOD is not responsible for failures, negligence or complying with your local laws.  

State of California Laws:

Tune2mod must comply with State of California laws. These include emissions and Proposition 65. We strictly cannot sell non-Carb compliant product to California. Customers must also be aware of Proposition 65 that may cause cancer or birth defects due to harmful chemicals. If such notice is missing on a product page, we will notify you immediately before product is shipped.

Order processing/ tracking:

TUNE2MOD receives and ships many orders online. Generally speaking, once you get confirmation that your order was placed successfully, it takes up to 24 hours to process the order. Once it is processed, we cannot guarantee cancelation. Due to a huge volume of orders, we can only ask for patience and understanding that we are doing best we can to ship your products fast and efficiently. All orders are updated at the end of the day with tracking numbers and emails are sent out. Here are some online terms and processing steps we go through:

- PENDING: Your order was successfully received and is being queued for processing.
- PROCESSING: Your order information was sent to our distribution center where it is being prepped for shipping. At this point we cannot guarantee cancelations.
- DISPATCHED: Your order was picked up by one of our couriers to your destination. You should also be getting a tracking number.
- COMPLETED: Your order is shipped and therefore it is completed on our part.
- REFUNDED: Your order was cancelled and refunded with a reason stated.
- IN STOCK: Product is physically in stock at one of our 3 warehouses OR at manufacturer. Items that we have in stock are shipped directly from us. Items that are located at the manufacturer can only be shipped in US or must first be shipped to our distribution center for International orders. This process takes 24 hours.
- OUT OF STOCK: Item is not in stock with us or at manufacturer. There is some time required for manufacturer to receive your order, process it, manufacture and ship it to us. Which then is shipped to you. This process could take 1 week to a few month.
