This Cat-Back system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (including Tremor models) trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed pipes ensure the best possible flow for horsepower and torque. The muffler is specifically designed to give the 7.3L engine the sound an enthusiast would enjoy without the resonance (drone) that they don't. Only T-304 stainless steel is used in the construction of BORLA systems, that allows us to give you a Million Mile warranty. These systems can be adapted to the different wheel bases offered by Ford and come with either a 5" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel (140843BC) or 5" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel (140843) tip. Check out the related parts section below. The 140843 and 140843BC come with the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 8") 160" Wheelbase configuration. But the system is not limited to that configuration alone. By removing the front extension pipe it will fit the Regular Cab with Standard Bed (8') 142" Wheelbase. Add PN 60691 for Super Cab with Short Bed (6' 8") 148" Wheelbase, PN 60692 for Super Cab with Standard Bed (8') 164" Wheelbase, or PN 60693 for Crew Cab with Standard Bed (8') 176" Wheelbase vehicles. See the related parts section for these extension pipes. NONE of these systems or configurations will fit trucks with dual rear wheels. This system features a Black Chrome finish on T-304 stainless steel tips. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Returns will be accepted in first 30 days. Items must be new with original packaging, unused, re-sellable and with all the pieces. No refunds after 30 days. There will be no exchange or returns allowed on any electronics, coilovers, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers or turbo kits. There are absolutely no returns on items marked "Special Order" or "Pre-Order". No cancellation allowed once the product is shipped. Receipt must be provided with every order returned. Tune2Mod must approve all items processed, with (RMA) number on the box. Restocking fee of 10% of item cost will be charged on all special and non regular stock products (marked as "Not in stock, Pre-Order Now"). A fee to redirect an order will or may apply, which will be calculated depending on size and weight. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Client must pay for shipping. Please expect 2 business days to process a return and 3-5 business days to issue a refund.
