Manley NexTek valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. The tip thickness is designed to eliminate overload breakage. The springs are shot-peened to military specifications to provide maximum fatigue life, and proprietary multi-step heat treating minimizes load loss.
